Our Proven Ambassador Method
To empower young soccer players (8-17) to represent International Prospect Academy (IPA) in their communities, drive grassroots awareness, and foster a global network of student-athletes.
To cultivate leadership, personal growth, communication, and cultural exchange skills among ambassadors.
To create a pipeline of engaged youth who may eventually attend IPA programs, refer peers, or become future mentors.
Who runs the Youth Ambassador Program?
We welcome Thomas Döllner's international experience to lead the 2026 Youth Ambassador Program, the program is designed with a global perspective, drawing on his background with international programs and projects in different countries.
Global Ambassador Roles
Ambassadors could be assigned to represent the academy in specific countries where Thomas Döllner has been, such as the USA, Spain, Germany, Austria or Portugal, as indicated by the past IPA mentors who play professionally and collegiately respectfully.
Evaluation Development:
Döllner's experience helps evaluate the player, through international youth football, cultural differences in sports and the paths to professional football in various countries.
